
The grout is all done. The sink and toilet are up and running (we just need to seal the grout in the bathtub and change the leaky faucet).

We ended up saving some money by keeping the old vanity and replacing the sides (thank to Dan) that were pretty warped from water.

Here is a shot with Emmett and the shower curtain. Here is the rest of the to do list: seal grout, prime, paint, hang curtain rods and buy new mirror and faucet. That seems like a lot left...but we are so glad to have a functional downstairs bathroom! We love it!
