We have noticed that Caleb has a pretty good swing when he plays "swords" or when he golfs, so today Erik decided to see if he could play baseball. I got a bunch of videos and I'm sorry that I am sharing so many, but I just had to share all of these! He was having so much fun...and was really good! We started out in the house and quickly realized baseball is an outside game.
This last video is of Caleb riding down the "roller coaster". I love it when he does it one handed! (Thanks to some friends from church for this hand-me-down)

whoa -- he got more hits in this backyard outing than i did in my whole softball career.
So cute! I love when Erik tells him to look where he's standing and he totally gets into position!
Oh no - what if he grows up to be a ball player? Baseball is my least favorite game to watch live, Uncle Jim might have to root for someone other than the Red Sox (what would he do if he played for the Yankees?) Do you see the can of worms you have opened?
love it. LOVE IT. LOVE IT!!! i love the stance and how serious he is. not really surprised by his athletic ability.
I'm ready to cheer at the t-ball, little league, high school, college and pro-ball games.
Caleb hits better than I ever have or ever will...
i am really impressed by those skills caleb!
