We had to get outside today and this is what we ended up doing.

Safety First

I found the big boys playing in the living room like this today. You can never be too safe!

I do love that face! We enjoyed the nice weather today and brought out the bikes. Looking forward to being able to spend more days outside with Emmett.

The bathroom is pretty much finished. My cousin Al came and painted for us not once but twice because we didn't like the first color! But, did you know that you can have a can of paint tinted for free? It was so easy and we are much happier with the color now. Yes, we still need a mirror but we are waiting for "the perfect one."

Sanne's birthday party

Sanne's 4th birthday party was at the North Park Nature Center...so fun. Here are some of the things we got to do...

Auto Show

I couldn't resist taking a picture of this little bum!

After lunch we headed to the Auto Show. Fun was had by all!

The boys decorated this car with all the decals. Soon after this Emmett fell and bumped his head pretty good so we packed up and left. Thanks for another great auto show...probably the best year actually.

Oilcloth wallets...

Today I sent off my first order of oilcloth wallets. I made these for my family for Christmas and when Erin used hers at a store in NH the owner asked where she got it. I contacted her, she placed an order, I made the wallets and finally got them sent out today!

Blizzard 2011

Caleb, Jackson and I shoveled as much as we could while Emmett was taking his morning nap (Erik was still at Mid Winter)...and only got this much done! One little row from the front door all the way to the street. Later Cam brought over his snow blower and made quick work of the first half of the driveway. Erik and Caleb finished up the other half just before it got dark! We now have a huge pile in our backyard for the guys to sled down! More pictures to come when it is not so cold outside.

Valentines

Tonight we finished up our valentines and had so much fun doing it. I cut out the paper and the boys wrote all the names, then glued the white paper to the red and then stapled it onto the baggie. Jackson is just learning to write his letters so I helped out in the beginning but by the end he was writing them by himself! He was so proud to be writing by himself. I thought for sure this would be a couple day project, but they just kept on going until they were completed!

Avery and Colin were the first two, Celia and Paloma were the last!

We made heart shaped crayons again this year.
