More monkey pictures...

Here is our attempt at a picture of all three monkeys before trick or treating.

Checking out the candy. I love how Emmett thinks he is going to eat some of that!

The boys had fun going to all of our neighbors doors this year. Emmett was the cutest because he really enjoyed it. He would stick his little hand in the bowl, grab a piece of candy and walk over to us and put it in his bag. Maybe that isn't that big of a deal, but it was adorable to watch every single time!

We walked over to the Hawkinson's to trick or treat and "the other Emmett" was there too!

For dinner we went over to Gramma and Poppas. Adeline had just woken up from a nap and we made her get in her costume for a picture...sorry buddy!

Gramma made these tiny cupcakes and of course Jackson loved them. "They are so tiny!" "Did you make them Gramma?" (Read in a high squeaky voice)

Halloween Story Time

This morning we went to story time at 'Land of Nod'. The boys loved wearing their costumes yet again, but ended up getting really hot!

Decorating

Today we had two of the neighbors over for a little playdate. Each kid decorated a pumpkin. These are Caleb and Jackson's. Caleb's is the bigger one.

New sweater

Emmett got to wear his new sweater from Gramma to church today. He was pretty excited about it!

Caleb is getting so big. He has been such a good helper around the house and is always ready to encourage Jackson when he is afraid to try something new. Such a good big brother.

Emmett!

We are always telling this kid that he should be more happy! It has been fun to watch Emmett get so excited to see his brothers. He has been playing with them and wanting to do whatever they are doing. He especially loves bath time with Caleb and Jackson.

Mini golf with the Johnsons

We finally found some time to go mini golfing for Caleb's birthday. We went on a Wednesday night and the kids had so much fun. Caleb and Gwen even made it around to all the holes twice.

Jackson is always so silly. He says the funniest and cutest things all day. I need to start writing them down because I can never remember them.

The Midnight Circus

Here is Caleb and his finished pumpkin. He woke up and went right to work again.

Tonight my parents took Caleb and Jackson to the "Midnight Circus." It was at the park right by their house. Nobody knew what to expect but they said it was REALLY good. The boys had so much fun and couldn't wait to tell me all about it. I think their favorite was "the little clown with a red ball on his nose."

Afterward they went to dinner and ice cream. Thanks Mom and Dad! It was fun to just have Emmett for the afternoon.

A sleepover with the Strombergs!

Our husbands were away on a retreat so Katie and the boys came to have a sleepover. Everybody skipped naps (including Emmett...I guess he was too excited!) So, we took them over to Wagner Farm, got pumpkins, carved the pumpkins and ate dinner all before the kids went to bed at 7. Katie and I sat on the couch and watched a movie. It was wonderful! Back at home we carved the pumpkins. I thought this was really neat how the juice bubbled up when I was cutting off the top.

These three had so much fun carving and spent a long time just cutting away at their pumpkins. The Stroms are looking forward to another sleepover!
