We spent another morning in the yard. Erik and I watched the girls this morning. It was a little crazy having four kids but as Erik said, "Having four kids would be easy if we both stayed home full-time!"

After dinner we headed to Kimball Farms for ice cream. We ordered the kiddie size which was actually like a large in my book. It was really good though.

Strawberry Picking

After picking the strawberries we played at the farm a little bit. After this tractor drove past Caleb ran up to me and said in a very excited voice, "He waved at me!"

These two couldn't get enough of the cats...Jim would've been proud.

COUSINS

Which picture do you like the best?

We are in New Hampshire, but I forgot the cord for my camera. Here are some pictures from Erin's camera. Today we went strawberry picking (action shots are on my camera) at Lilac Ridge Farm. There weren't that many strawberries because of all the rain storms, but the kids had fun playing with the animals and swinging.

EXCAVATOR!

A little piece of heaven for Caleb. He absolutely LOVES trucks, any kind. You can imagine how excited he was when we drove down the road for camp and saw this excavator moving.

Back to the beach. I think the boys would have stayed there all day if we let them. Jackson now has blonde hair and both boys have a pretty good tan.
These three are having so much fun together.

We walked down the road from camp to see the construction workers. Caleb was in heaven. (More pictures later!)

Today was Jim's day off, we spent the morning at the Stonewall Farm.

This afternoon we went to Keene for dinner and to walk around (the Condaps had plans).

This was our first full day...

We went to the Pilgrim Pines beach this morning. All Caleb wanted to do was make rivers. We would dig out a hole, make the river and when Caleb gave the 'okay' we would fill the hole up with water. Usually a few seconds later Jackson would make his way right into the hole!

While Caleb was pushing Jenna she said "My best friend is pushing me."

After naps we played in the backyard. Kira made mud cake and everyone enjoyed the pools.

Two hour rest stop

We spent two hours at this rest stop. We ate lunch and the boys played with the rocks (thanks for the skid steer bergs!) Jackson kept putting the rocks in his mouth and we kept telling him "no". I think he looks like he is being so sneaky in these pictures...like we can't see him behind that pole.

Our Subaru broke 100,000 on the trip!

New Hampshire or Bust!

We had the car packed and were ready to go around 8pm. The boys were fast asleep until 6am. Erik and I drove straight through the night and ended up in New Hampshire around 4pm on Tuesday. (Notice Erik's new haircut)

Jackson's Birthday Party

He fell asleep on the walk over to the park and woke up just before the guests arrived...perfect!

Singing "Happy Birthday"

Loving the frosting.

Mackenzie could not wait to eat the cupcakes. We made the mistake of making them visible from the very beginning!

Presents!

My mom knit this sweater for the birthday boy.

Sanne and her goody bag.

After we got the boys to bed I went over to my parents house and spent some time with my family. Everyone was in for Phil's funeral. We had a great time being together and telling stories about Phil. We were so blessed to have known him so well.
